Six-cup espresso coffee maker, in 18/10 stainless steel with cast iron handle designed by Richard Sapper for Alessi. The 6 cup espresso coffee maker was the first of many Compasso d'Oro awards (1979), and Alessi's first object to be introduced into the Permanent Design Collection at the New York MOMA.
