Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, by post or over the Internet.

If your item is not in stock, we can order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel this item if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase!

On all mail order and internet orders we offer a no-quibbles refund guarantee. All that we ask is that you return your product to us within 30 working days in its original condition.

All of our goods are quality checked before being dispatched, but in the unlikely event of your receiving a damaged item, please contact us immediately.

Items that are special orders cannot be returned. Special orders are items that we do not normally keep in stock, due to the size or value, that we have order especially for you.

You will be notified by e-mail or by phone if your order includes special order items, (usually items of furniture). This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will have the choice of canceling the order, but it is your responsibility to ensure that special orders will fit into your premises.

We regret we cannot offer a refund on the delivery cost of your order unless the item is faulty.

This policy applies to mail order only and an exchange or equivalent value gift voucher policy applies to items purchased at our stores.
