It seems Iris Apfel was destined to make an impact on the creative scene from day one. Born into a family who owned two creative businesses, one in glassware production and the other in fashion, this led to a natural progression into a similar footpath.
Apfel achieved successful ventures with the likes of industry heavyweights Women’s Wear Daily, along with interior designer Elinor Johnson and illustrator Robert Goodman and over this time gained incredible experience and exposure.

Her bold and colourful style has seen her top best-dressed lists over the decades making her one of the most recognised fashion icons today. Apfel’s maximalist approach to design caught the attention of Nude glassware who are known for their minimal aesthetic.
