IC Suspension Light, S2

Designed by Michael Anastassiades for Flos, the IC S2 Suspension Light is the larger, more commanding sibling of the S1. The same hand-blown opal glass sphere – balanced on the tip of a slender upward-pointing rod – here scales up to a 30cm diffuser that fills a room with warm, enveloping light. At 70cm drop, it sits perfectly above a dining table, kitchen island, or in a double-height space where a smaller pendant would simply disappear.

The IC collection was born from Anastassiades’ fascination with contact juggling – the art of suspending spheres in perfect, effortless balance. In the S2, that sense of suspended weight is amplified: a larger sphere, a longer drop, a stronger presence.

Available in Matte Black, Chrome, and Brushed Brass.
