The Egg Chair designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen is a masterpiece of Danish design. This new edition has been launched in celebration of Fritz Hansen's 100th year anniversary. Jacobsen developed the perfectly curved silhouette for this luxury lounge chair in 1958, by experimenting with wire and plaster sculpture. Today, the Egg chair has established itself as one of the most recognisable chairs in Jacobsen’s legendary career and in the history of design. The enveloping seat stands on a black steel base with swivel function, offering the ultimate comfort and style. Upholstered in a tactile leather or wool fabric by Kvadrat. Materials: black steel base, seat of moulded combipur foam with tricot wadding.

Timing
If the items you are ordering are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
If the item is not in stock, a lead time will be displayed above the 'Add to basket' button. We will order the items for you and keep you updated on the progress.

Some upholstered and 'Made To Order' items are available to view in our showroom. Items that are on show will be indicated in the description.
