Designed by Giovanni Luigi Gorgoni in 1965, the Buonanotte table lamp epitomises the playful and futuristic character of mid-century industrial design. Small, yet mighty, this distinctive table lamp sits perfectly either at the bedside, in a living space or on the desktop.
 
Architect Luigi Gorgoni designed this compact adjustable light for the Italian lighting company, Stilnovo, with the aim of creating a playful desk lamp which would allow simple customisations to light ambience. Inspired by the phases of the moon, Buonanotte’s rotating metal shade is adjustable, allowing the internal light source to be gently eclipsed at different levels for reading, sleeping or ambient lighting.
 
Available in four colourful finishes.
