Chiara Table Lamp

The Chiara Table Lamp was originally designed by Mario Bellini in 1969 and Flos launched this re-edition of the unique design in 2020. Its decorative shade alludes to the organic form of flower petals. Crafted from a single sheet of polished stainless steel that has been cut and sculpted into a cylindrical form. Seemingly defying gravity, this self-supporting origami-like structure conceals an LED light source in its base. The light is reflected in the upper shade, diffusing onto the surrounding area.

Comprised of an aluminium body with a reflective surface, the Chiara Lamp is available in 3 colour variations. Finished internally with an opaque white plastic film which is folded and closed via hooks riveted to the sheet metal.

A contrasting coloured seal in moulded tpu runs along the entire profile of the body, a unique design detail. The extruded aluminium internal base is attached to the body for stability and also supports the bulb socket. Power cable with integrated dimmer switch for easy adjustments to light ambience. Cable length: 1.9 m.
