An enduring Danish design icon

Designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1955, the Series 7™ chair is an icon of modern furniture history. Its distinctive, curved silhouette brings character without overpowering a room, making it a natural choice for dining spaces, desks and considered hospitality interiors. Series 7 can also be stacked.

Technicolor upholstery

This front-upholstered version pairs the Series 7’s slender wooden shell with Technicolor fabric, designed by Peter Saville for Kvadrat. Woven from 100% British worsted wool, the fabric has a high Martindale rating of 80,000 for abrasion resistance, making it a durable choice for everyday seating.

Strength in a slender form

The chair’s shell is made from nine layers of pressure-moulded veneer, giving it strength, flexibility and durability while preserving the lightness of Jacobsen’s design. Slim metal legs complement the curve of the shell and keep the overall expression clean and refined.
