Designed by Michel Ducaroy for Ligne Roset in 1973, the Togo Small Sofa is the compact two-seater in the Togo family – every bit as enveloping and sculptural as its larger siblings, scaled for smaller spaces or as part of a modular arrangement. Low-slung, deeply cushioned, and shaped entirely around the body.
This version is upholstered in Phlox by Kvadrat, a fabric designed by Raf Simons – a wide corduroy with a velvety, three-dimensional texture. Bold 7mm parallel ribs create a graphic, multi-dimensional surface that reflects light and shifts in tone as you move around it. Soft, short-cut pile with a sensuous touch and a retro 1970s character that feels entirely contemporary. Available in a range of rich colours.

About the Designer
Michel Ducaroy trained at the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Lyon and spent his career at Ligne Roset, designing across upholstery, contract furniture, and youth ranges. The Togo – conceived at the dawn of the foam era – remains his most celebrated work and one of the most recognisable silhouettes in twentieth-century furniture design.
