Toio Floor Lamp
By Flos
Designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962 the Toio lamp is named after the English word 'toy'. This space-saving floor lamp has an industrial aesthetic, celebrating the technical elements and functionality of the design.
Based on the Dadaist concept of using ready-made objects at the core of its design. The electrical wire is pinned with fishing rod screws and the steel base comes in various playful colours. The lamp is also fitted with a dimmer to adjust the atmospheric non-direct light to suit your interior.
This iconic lamp is multi award winning, even earning a place in the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
