Online Security
All Aria online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers.
We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the internet. We are PCI DSS compliant.
We accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version three support this security.
Your payment details are held in an encrypted format by our payment providers, (Shopify Pay or PayPal) and Aria does not have access to your payment card details. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.
If you are still uncomfortable about shopping online but would like to shop with us, please call us on 020 7704 6222 and place your order over the phone. We are open 10am to 6.30pm – Monday to Friday.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We only use the information we collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
Information we hold:
If you have shopped with us at ariashop.co.uk, we will hold your name, address, telephone number and email address. Credit card details are held by Shopify Pay or PayPal who are our payment providers. Aria does not have access to these card details. We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders and the products you have ordered. We do not have access to your account password, but if you forget your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and a link will be e-mailed to you to reset your password.
We also collect information about where you are on the internet (e.g. the URL you came from and the way in which you navigate the site.)
If you have requested to receive our email newsletters we retain your email address, name, IP address and country. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time by simply clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you have received from us. Alternatively, send an email to customerservice@ariashop.co.uk, with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject.
You have the right to request a copy of any information we hold about you. You can also request that any or all of this information is amended or deleted. If you would like to request a copy of your information, please email customerservice@ariashop.co.uk or write to

Information we use:
We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes, for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases. We may also use information from cookies in order to see how our customers use our site, so we can continually improve the service we offer. If you have signed up to our newsletter, we will use your information to send you offers, news and invites to events. We won’t pass on your information to any third parties, except those described on this page, as part of our order processing.

Cookies are little bits of digital information, generated when you visit websites on any of your devices. We use cookies to:
